Jeff Westover from the USA, is a professional artist and experiencer of close encounters.

In 1996, following several dramatic UFO encounters in Michigan, Mutual UFO Network (MUFON MI) investigators asked Jeff to assist them as a sketch artist in cases involving alleged encounters with 'aliens' and UFOs, and with the 'Abduction Transcription Project'.
Jeff's artwork was showcased at the 1997 MUFON International Symposium in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where it was found by Dr Jodi Dean and included in her seminal work 'Aliens In America: Conspiracy Cultures from Outerspace to Cyberspace.'
Jeff has since created many UFO-related artworks for print, broadcast and web-based media.
