'ALIEN IMPLANTS - THE FINAL SCIENTIFIC WORD'

On September 23rd, 2006, the 12th surgery was performed by Dr. Roger Leir and his surgical team. As with the other 11 surgeries, the patient is an abductee who has had a lifetime of close encounter experiences involving herself and members of her family.
This case is one of the most profound of all the previous cases operated on by Dr. Leir, with regard to these experiences. In addition to all her own personal testimony, this individual also provided Dr. Leir with a set of tapes made by her father also, in which he describes his own experiences with alien beings, demonstrating the often familial aspect of these contacts.

Dr. Roger K. Leir, author of the "Aliens and the Scalpel" has been said to be one of the world's most important leaders in physical evidence research involving the field of Ufology. He, and his surgical team, has performed twelve surgeries on alleged alien abductees. This resulted in the removal of twelve separate and distinct objects suspected of being alien implants. These objects have been scientifically investigated by some of the most prestigious laboratories in the world. Their findings have been baffling and some comparisons have been made to Meteorite Samples. In addition some of the tests show isotopic ratios not of this world.

Dr. Leir has also been involved in investigations of other areas of Ufology involving physical evidence. He has traveled to Brazil and performed exhaustive research into the Varginha, Brazil case. In 2003 Dr. Leir, the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS) and other world scientists completed a DNA study pertaining to evidence collected in a famous California Alien Abduction Case.

Dr. Leir is a Podiatric Surgeon, who has been in private practice in Ventura County, California, for the past 40 years. Part 2: 'HAARP TECHNOLOGY, WEATHER WARFARE, CLIMATE CHANGE'

The combined US Navy and Air Force 'High Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme (HAARP) based in Alaska, has carried out extensive, destructive programmes to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems."

HAARP is an integral part of a long history of space research and development of a deliberate military nature. The ability of the HAARP / Spacelab / rocket combination to deliver a very large amount of energy, comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere on earth via laser and particle beams, is frightening. The military implications of combining these projects, is alarming. Basic to this project is control of communications, both disruption and reliability in hostile environments. The power wielded by such control is obvious.

Such technology is likely to be 'sold' to the public as a shield against incoming weapons, or, for the more gullible, a device for repairing the ozone layer.

Dr. Nick Begich serves as Executive Director of The Lay Institute on Technology Inc., a Texas non-profit corporation. He is also the publisher and co-owner of Earthpulse Press Incorporated, an Alaska based organization.

Dr. Begich is the eldest son of the late United States Congressman from Alaska, Nick Begich Sr., and political activist Pegge Begich. He is well known in Alaska for his own political activities. 'UFOs OVER NEW ZEALAND'

As an air traffic controller, Graeme has 39 years of expertise and experience in observing airborne objects and the characteristics of aircraft in flight. His training in observing details that would not be obvious to most people enables him to investigate UFO sightings with a high level of scientific scrutiny and professionalism.

Graeme witnessed a spectacular sighting of a UFO from the Hamilton airport control tower in 1995, which led him to become a UFO sighting investigator for the UFOCUS NZ research network. He will outline some of the witness reports of this event, and the characteristics that definitively set this sighting of an extraordinary object apart from suggested conventional explanations of meteorites and fireballs.

Graeme will describe some of the most recent unusual and controversial UFO sightings (not yet listed on our website) reported to UFOCUS NZ by observant Kiwis, which demonstrate highly unusual shapes and flight characteristics that even have overseas experts baffled. He will present 'hands on' advice for witnesses of UFO events, outline the investigation procedures that we follow, and explain the use of radar in UFO sightings. UFO sightings are reported worldwide by airline and military pilots, aircrew and air traffic controllers, and Graeme will also outline two paranormal aviation events.

Graeme is the Senior Air Traffic Controller at Hamilton International Airport. He has a Diploma in Personnel Management, is a CAA approved Air Traffic Services investigator, and is a CAA Air Traffic Control instructor and Check Controller. In addition, Graeme holds an NZ Commercial Pilot Licence and is a CAA qualified meteorological observer.

Graeme first became interested in the UFO phenomenon in the early 70s, just prior to the 'Gisborne UFO flap'. This interest grew when Graeme heard the accounts of his colleagues in the Wellington Air Traffic Control Centre, who had visual radar confirmation of the amazing 'lights' observed by pilots and filmed by a film crew, of the world-renowned 'Kaikoura lights sightings' in December 1978. Bill Chalker is one of Australia's leading UFO researchers. Dr Robert Anderson has a PhD in science education, holds a combined Honours Degree in Chemistry and Physics from the University of Birmingham, England, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Southampton, England.

Prior to his degree, Robert worked at the University of Birmingham as a research technician in the Department of Biochemistry, under Dr John Teal from the University of Cambridge, studying fluorescence of proteins in neutral solution. He also worked under Professor Brian Perry from the University of Cambridge, investigating the actin/myosin relationship in muscle protein.

In New Zealand, Robert taught Chemistry, Physics, Laboratory Technology and Nuclear Medicine at tertiary level for twenty years. Robert has now retired and has undertaken, with others, the task of informing the public on genetic engineering and other major environmental issues.

'MAORI COSMOLOGY, MATARIKI, AND ANCIENT MYTHOLOGY'

Te Kuiti was brought up listening to cultural stories of beings that inhabited the celestial realms - people of the stars, Sun, moon and the great void of the Universe.

He will cover aspects of the ancient language relating to Te Kauae Runga (celestial knowledge). This will include Matariki ('Heavenly Faces'; Maori New Year; Pleiades cluster of stars in constellation Taurus) and Awanuirangi-Ikaroa, which are recognized as 'Nga Kahui Whetu' ('Council of Inspiration' or 'Constellation of Stars'). The arrival of the star cluster Matariki was highly significant to Maori, and the connection between heaven and earth.

Whakairo (carving) has been a system of documentation of historical events used by Maori for over a thousand years. Within whakairo, there are many instances of beliefs and values being carved and preserved. Some people of Te Kuiti's tribal affiliations say that man flew here from a far off place, bringing with them the kumara seed (sweet potato). Te Kuiti will describe a particular 'star culture', visually and spiritually expressed in Maori carving, and will share visual material relating to Maori mythologies, and universal themes integrated in Maori art and culture. Some of these stories tell of heavenly beings, flying people, interaction between man and the world of Spirit, travel between these worlds, and the acquisition of knowledge from those heavenly places.

"Most of these stories are as ancient as our Pacific pollination of Polynesia. In studying these incredible Purakau (myths and legends) etched into our culture, I have found that they have an essence of truth that is embellished to help us deal with such other-worldly issues as reincarnation and life after death, in our day-to-day lives. This knowledge illustrates how Maori interacted with their surroundings on every level, including cosmic and spiritual."

Te Kuiti's first introduction into mahi toi (the working of art) was in 1975 at the age of 14, when he assisted as a worker on the restoration of an ancestral 'house' (meeting house) of his Rongowhakaata tribal affiliations, Te Poho o Rukupo (The Bosom of Rukupo). At the age of 19 Te Kuiti began a career in book binding, continuing through to the early 80's. In 1989 Te Kuiti carved his first 'meeting house' for Makaura College, and in the 90's, began 15 years of teaching art at college and tertiary levels.
For the past eight years or so, Te Kuiti has continued to study carving and the ancient metamorphic Maori language. He believes that an understanding of the language is the key to understanding the visual mnemonics in whakairo (carving), and that the ancient language is mnemonically animated (designed to aid the memory).

Te Kuiti is now a member of a collective group of graduate carvers called Te Whare Puwerewere ('The House of Spiders'). He believes that culture is reliant on education, and education is reliant on stimulation. "We have a proverb in Maori that I hold close which is: 'Hei pupuri te aho o te wananga, hei kawe i nga kura huna a rua'. P. Harrison. (Hold fast to the strands of learning, hidden in the secret schools of knowledge.)"

Carving experience: 10 carved meeting houses, 7 gateways, 3 overseas carving installations, 5 exhibitions, numerous local & international items.
